Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • You received a damaged or expired product
  • You canceled the order before dispatch

 Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • If you didn’t like the product or results were not as expected (Ayurvedic results may vary)

 Refund Timeline:

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

 How to Apply:

Email us at support@kaamveda.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with your Order ID and images if applicable.
